the movement and surprise |

I have never mistaken a runner for a deer, but to some eager hunter who hears you dashing madly through the forest, you might be mistaken for game. It's really the movement and surprise that would cause the confusion. Some runners actually wear bells to ring in their arrival, but there are also lightweight colorful safety vests on the market that can help, too. Also, be warned that as you're running through the fall and winter season, those crunchy leaves decompose and turn to mush. It's hard enough to keep from twisting an ankle or falling on clearly visible trails, but with a slippery mat of detritus under your feet, take care to wear the right shoes. If you look down and see last year's trail shoes or your road running shoes, replace them with something new and appropriate. Running shoes are really only good for 300-400 miles and they are made path specific. 本日志相关的主题:
