Police said investigators received knock off coach purses a tip that the two were allegedly selling the fake goods, so an undercover officer set up a time to meet with them in the parking lot of the Burger King on Duluth Highway, which is next to Discover Mills. When they were identified as allegedly counterfeit, Qadir and Makda were taken into custody.
